A face-to-face conversation between two professionals.
KLASS BANK / INVESTOR RELATIONS

Investor Bureau & communications

A defined point of entry for investor information, shareholder communications and strategic capital discussions.

Give each enquiry a clear mandate

Existing shareholders: identify the registered shareholder or authorised representative and describe the information, communication or corporate-action matter requiring attention. Ownership and authority are verified before confidential information is released.

Prospective investors: set out your organisation, mandate, proposed participation and decision timetable. Request the financial, governance or strategic material needed to evaluate the next step.

Institutional advisers: identify your client, advisory role and authority to engage. Use the initial enquiry to agree the appropriate communication channel and scope of discussion.

How communication is organised

The enquiry form records your contact details, organisation, jurisdiction and message, then returns a reference for follow-up. Requests are held in KLASS BANK’s private service inbox for staff review. Submitting a request does not book a meeting or confirm access to confidential materials.

Reference the same enquiry when following up. State whether you are requesting a management discussion, clarification of published financial information, shareholder assistance or a transaction-specific diligence process. For a meeting request, include your time zone and preferred availability.

Public information and controlled disclosure

Published financial information, board and leadership profiles and company communications are available through the website. Non-public information requires verification of the recipient, authority and purpose, together with any appropriate confidentiality arrangements. Customer records and account-level information do not form part of a public investor enquiry.

When referring to management estimates, retain the original date, currency and basis. Questions about an estimate, published figure or material inconsistency should identify the source page and the point requiring clarification.
