Customer Support
Practical help for your account, payments and everyday banking.
What do you need help with?
Speak to support about your account
Use the customer ticket service after signing in. Give your enquiry a clear subject, describe the issue and include its date and reference where relevant. You can return to ticket history to read replies and continue the conversation.
Before you send a message
Have the relevant transaction date, amount, currency and reference ready. Explain what you expected and what happened instead. Never include passwords, PINs, card security codes or one-time verification codes.
If you cannot access your account
Start with the sign-in recovery guide. If you cannot use your registered recovery channel, contact your established banking representative using details on your account documentation. Avoid contact details supplied only in an unexpected message.
Need immediate help with a missing card or suspicious activity?
Contact your card issuer or established banking support channel promptly. Use contact details you already trust. A public enquiry or a submitted ticket should not be assumed to block a card or stop a payment.
