Prepare your banking enquiry
Bring the right information to the right channel.

Tell us what you need to accomplish
State whether the enquiry concerns an existing account, a new product, a payment or a business service. Include the relevant currency, location and timing. For an existing issue, keep the original reference so the conversation can follow the same record.
For personal applications
The application process may request identification, address and residency information, the intended use of the account and the source of funds. Lending enquiries may require income, existing commitments and details of the proposed purchase. Ask which documents and formats are accepted before sending them.
For business applications
Prepare the entity's legal and trading names, registration details, ownership and control structure, authorised representatives and expected activity. Financing or treasury requests may also require financial information, transaction volumes and the currencies and countries involved. The responsible team will confirm the information needed for the specific service.
Protect the documents
Use the approved secure channel for identity and financial records. Do not submit documents to a public calculator or send passwords or one-time codes to a contact claiming to help with an application. Verify an unexpected request using a contact route you already trust.
What happens next
Ask for a reference, the remaining information required and how to follow up. Submission is not approval, and a public enquiry does not create an account or reserve a rate. Read the applicable agreement and current pricing before accepting a product.
Start a conversation
Send an enquiry, request a callback or suggest an appointment time. You will receive a reference once the request is saved.
