Help signing in

Recover access and resolve common sign-in problems.

If your password is not working

  1. Check that you are using the banking sign-in page rather than the mailbox sign-in page.
  2. Check the account identifier, keyboard language and Caps Lock. If a password manager fills the form, check that it selected the correct saved account.
  3. Use the password-reset link on the banking service if you cannot remember the password. Follow the instructions sent through the registered recovery channel.

If a recovery message or verification code does not arrive

Check the registered inbox and its spam folder. Use the most recent recovery message and avoid repeated requests, which can make it harder to identify the current link. If you no longer control the registered recovery channel, contact your established banking representative; account ownership will need to be checked through the bank's process.

If the page will not load

Check your internet connection, update the browser and try opening the site directly in a fresh browser tab. Note the exact error, time and device for support. Do not bypass a security warning or install remote-access software at an unexpected caller's request.

Banking access and mailbox access

Your banking account and KLASS BANK mailbox are separate services. Resetting one password does not reset the other. For mailbox recovery, use the recovery option on the mail sign-in page.
