Access payment tracking and support through KLASS BANK while our systems communicate with SwitchNet in the background. Where your payment instructions specify a SWITCH-issued BIC, use that identifier for the SWITCH route. Follow the network identifiers and instructions supplied for your payment.

Confirm the applicable route, fees, documentation and timing with your KLASS BANK contact. Use the instructions for your specific payment; institution codes do not replace beneficiary details.
Keep your reference
Retain your payment advice and reference. Check account activity before repeating an instruction. If a network control code is supplied, keep it private for tracking.
