1. Using this website

This User Agreement sets out the terms for accessing and using the KLASS BANK public website (the Site). In this agreement, “KLASS BANK,” “we” and “our” refer to the operator of this Site. By using the Site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

This agreement concerns use of the public website. Accounts, payments, lending, investments and other financial services are subject to their own agreements, eligibility requirements and disclosures. If these website terms conflict with a service-specific agreement, that agreement governs the relevant service.

2. Information, products and services

We may update the information, features and services described on the Site. Availability depends on the product, provider, location and applicable eligibility requirements. Website content alone does not approve an application, create an account or commit KLASS BANK to provide a financial service.

Unless expressly stated in applicable product documentation, content is general information rather than personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell securities. Consider the relevant terms and obtain independent advice where appropriate.

The legal provider and any regulatory, deposit-protection or investment-protection arrangements must be identified in the applicable product documentation. These website terms do not establish or extend any such coverage. Investments may lose value, including the amount originally invested.

3. Responsible use and account security

You must not use the Site or related services for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised activity. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to access systems or information without permission, misusing credentials, impersonating another person, introducing malicious code, disrupting services or bypassing security controls.

Keep your credentials confidential and use only access you are authorised to use. If you suspect misuse, stop the affected activity and seek help through our account-access support. Do not send passwords, PINs or one-time security codes through general enquiries.

Where necessary to protect customers or systems, or to comply with applicable law, we may restrict access to the Site. Any action affecting an account or financial service remains subject to its separate terms and applicable law.

4. Calculators, checks and tracking tools

Calculators and other educational tools produce illustrations based on the information and assumptions used. Results are not quotations, credit decisions or guarantees of future performance and may exclude fees, taxes, exchange-rate changes or other factors.

A format or checksum check does not establish that a bank account exists or belongs to a particular person. An instrument-validation result describes the record returned by the relevant service; it is not a guarantee of payment. A payment-tracking result does not, by itself, confirm that a beneficiary has received available funds.

Confirm material information through the relevant service and its supporting documentation before acting.

5. Personal information and privacy

When you provide information, it must be accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge. Provide only information you are authorised to share, and keep relevant contact details updated through the appropriate service.

Read our privacy information and any service-specific privacy notices for details about handling personal information. Any use of service providers or cross-border processing must follow the applicable privacy notice and law. Merely visiting this Site does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated processing or disclosure.

6. Links to other websites

The Site may link to third-party websites for information or convenience. Unless expressly stated, a link does not mean we endorse that website or its products. Third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their availability or content.

Review the destination and its policies before sharing information or completing a transaction. Any limitation of responsibility remains subject to applicable law.

7. Content, trademarks and copyright

Site content, trademarks, logos and service marks belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the Site and retain copies for your own lawful, non-commercial reference, provided you preserve relevant ownership notices.

Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission, you must not commercially reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or license protected content, or use marks in a way that suggests an unauthorised affiliation or endorsement.

To raise a copyright concern, use our contact and support information and identify the work, the relevant page and how you can be contacted. Do not include confidential account information in the report.

8. Electronic communications and signatures

We may make website notices available electronically. Electronic delivery of account statements, legally required disclosures or other service communications is governed by the relevant service terms, applicable law and any consent required from you.

Where required, the service will explain how to obtain paper copies, withdraw electronic-delivery consent and meet technical requirements. Posting a notice on this Site does not override those requirements or automatically establish that you have received every legally required communication.

Electronic acceptance and signatures may be used where supported by the relevant service and permitted by law. Their use is subject to the applicable agreement and authentication procedures.

9. Availability, warranties and responsibility

We aim to keep the Site useful and available, but information may contain errors and access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KLASS BANK and its service providers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the public Site. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or replaces obligations under a separate financial-service agreement.

You remain responsible for your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Site to the extent provided by applicable law. These terms do not create an unlimited obligation to indemnify KLASS BANK or its service providers.

10. Changes, questions and disputes

We may revise these website terms and will display the revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law. A website update does not, by itself, amend a separate account or service agreement.

For questions about this agreement, visit Customer Support. To raise a concern, follow our complaints and resolution guidance. Any arbitration or dispute-resolution arrangement must be set out in an applicable agreement; this page does not incorporate an unspecified arbitration provision.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that apply under mandatory law.
