Corporate service implementation
Define the service, access and operating controls before the first live instruction.

Agree the service scope
Identify the legal entity, accounts, currencies, payment types, reporting needs and expected volumes. Document which functions are included in the agreed service and which require separate approval. A website enquiry or directory entry does not enable operational access.
Set access and approval responsibilities
Nominate the authorised administrators and users. Define who can maintain beneficiaries, prepare instructions, approve payments and review records. Confirm limits and a process for removing access when roles change. Avoid shared user credentials.
For file or system connections
Obtain the approved format, transport method, authentication requirements and response definitions from the implementation team. Agree duplicate handling, reconciliation identifiers and how errors are reported. Credentials and endpoint details belong in the secure implementation channel, not in public correspondence.
Validate before live use
- Use an agreed test environment and test data where provided.
- Check accepted, rejected and duplicate instruction handling.
- Confirm that reports can be reconciled to the source system.
- Document operational contacts, cut-off information and contingency procedures.
- Obtain explicit readiness confirmation before a live payment is submitted.
After implementation
Review the first agreed operating cycle and resolve exceptions. Keep user access, documentation and contact details current. This guide describes preparation and does not automatically activate a new payment rail or authorise transactions.
